The world’s largest bicep muscles belong to an Egyptian man, Mostafa Ismail. His left arm measures an impressive 25.5 inches when flexed, and when not flexed, 24.5 inches. He surely worked hard in the gym for these record-breaking muscles.

Principles

Principles of Biology All biology is made of parts which bond to create structure and function in time and space. The purpose to create more order and a oneness. This sometimes leads to order and health, and sometimes leads to disorder and disease. Copyright Ashley Davidoff MD 2019 TCV-0068
