pulmonary artery demonstrates intense FDG uptake, corresponding withnodal metastasis. Right upper paratracheal and prevascular nodalconglomerates with mild and moderate FDG uptake also likely representnodal metastatic disease. Uptake in bilateral infraclavicular lymph nodes (left greater than right) most worrisome for metastatic disease.
