Patient with recent admission for s/p TBI with left SDH and bifrontal contusions with displacement of prior L occipital

fracture.

Findings:

New hyper-density in the left transverse and sigmoid sinus concerning for thrombus. Recommend CTV or MR brain w/wo

Mixed density left holo-hemispheric subdural hematoma is unchanged with unchanged 3mm rightward shift

Non-displaced left temporal bone fracture with otic capsule involvement.
