Bilateral, multifocal frontal lobe subarachnoid hemorrhages
Small left frontal lobe contusion
Focal hyper-density along posterior septum pellucidum
Left orbital floor fractures involving infraorbital canal and lateral wall frx with abutment of the lateral rectus muscle
Left maxillary sinus fractures (anterior, posterior walls)
Negative C-spine
