The upper GI and SBFT shows multiple polyps (green asterisks) a the leading edge of the intussusceptum. The intussuscipiens is less obvious (pink arrowhead) The upstream small bowel is minimally dilated but no evidence of total obstruction since the stomach and jejunum are non dilated, and The downstream small bowel contains barium as does the cecum confirming the absence of total obstruction.  There is probably some mild partial obstruction
