Grade 3 Vesico – Ureteral Reflux in a 3 Year Old
VCUG in a 3-year-old child shows grade 3 reflux with intrarenal extension seen in the upper pole. There is mild hydronephrosis caused by the reflux characterized by blunting of the forniceal angles
