U – Unit – Soft Tissue within the distended IVC
S-Size – about the size of the IVC – about 2.5cms
S- Shape – Mickey Mouse Rounded within the IVC with bilobular ears
P- Position within the IVC extending into the right  ventricle through the tricuspid valve
C- Character Soft tissue
T- Time Unknown
C- Connected to IVC and potentially connected to the RV and Pulmonary circulation

2. Findings and Diagnosis


Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) with Extension into IVC and Tricuspid Valve
CT through the inferior aspect of the heart shows an IVC distended with soft tissue which extends as a lobulated soft tissue nodule on the tricuspid valve
