This P-A and lateral examination shows classsical egg- shell calcifications of hilar and mediastinal adenpathy, characteristic of silicosis but also seen in sarcoidosis. This is a patient with sarcoidosis. Interstitial disease is also seen in the left lung. Courtesy David Lee MD. 31855c
