Septated Renal Cyst on T2 Weighted MRI

Coronal T2 weighted MRI through the left kidney shows a large multiseptated T2 bright cyst on the left kidney. The septations are thin and benign appearing. Note the T2 bright CSF and small cyst on the top of the right kidney
